In
1996, George Ravlich and Tim Kelly, after 35 collective years of
working with the forwarding industry's major corporate names in
Australia and New Zealand, decided to follow their dream and established
Famous Pacific Shipping (WA).
With this important step forwards, Famous Pacific Shipping WA became part of the Famous Pacific Shipping Group and its global network. Both men realised that Western Australian importers and exporters would benefit greatly from the provision of services aimed specifically at satisfying the total needs of the customer. Be it handling a crate of spares for one client or arranging a charter vessel load of mining machinery to site in third world countries for another, Famous Pacific would fill that need, and in the process take total responsibility of the freight logistics and all documentation. Which was once a dream has become a successful company in the forwarding industry.
